Vanessa Goudswaard (she/her)

Hi! My name is Vanessa Goudswaard and I am the artist behind the work of Vibrantly Vanessa.

I am an artist & graphic designer from Toronto, Canada.

I spend a lot of time behind my computer creating digital art, but when I leave the desk I like to swim in lakes, paint & draw, hike through forests, and pet dogs.

I have been an art teacher to children since November 2023. I find great fulfilment in fostering creativity and self-expression in my students. I have a deep appreciation for sharing art with others.

Seeing my students develop their unique voices and engage with art in meaningful ways is both rewarding and inspiring, and it motivates me to continually grow as an educator and an artist.

I have been an artist all my life, but narrowed in primarily on digital art & graphic design around 2018. I have incorporated a lot more acrylic painting into my brand as of 2022.

I am inspired to create art most when I am in nature. Nature vibes & vibrant colours are very prevalent themes within my work.

I am a creative, multi-passionate person who is always experimenting with different art mediums and eager to learn new techniques.
